Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Other Policies
Order Cancellation
Cancel before shipping? A $25 fee applies. If already shipped, a 25% fee and shipping costs apply.
Refused Delivery
A 25% fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Unsatisfied?
Return within 30 days for a refund, minus a 20% fee. Returned products are donated to no-kill shelters.
Return Process
Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and follow our repackaging instructions. Ensure all items are in original condition, and clean. A $50 cleaning fee applies if necessary. Return shipping costs are on you. High-Sider™ Litter Boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Warranty
One-year warranty on cabinet system for materials defects or workmanship. Covers replacement or repair under normal use.
Liability
Limited to repair or replacement costs. Not liable for any injuries or damages.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes are to be settled through arbitration in Missouri.
Editing, Deleting & Modification
We reserve the right to edit or delete content and make slight product modifications without notice.
